	Many people who want to start a letting agency consider Southcourt Property as one of the packages they might choose to buy to get started. It is true that they have been selling this package for a long number of years but to be honest these days it looks very dated. The Southcourt package you actually get is just a printed manual and a couple of CD’s although why he bothers to send 2 CD’s I couldn’t figure because there isn’t actually enough information on to even fill one of those tiny cds you often get as free giveaways.

There is a members area for people who lay out the £595 but reports to me from other letting agents who have bought the package suggest that it is not entirely up to date, and can take a few months to be updated with new legislation.

Personally I would speak to some other people too before you decide on laying out for this, Because you will need a proper website too which will cost a few hundred quid at least. The lowest price ones I have seen are at www.propertywebdesignpro.co.uk and there is WAY more choice here than the pathetic few designs you get with the Southcourt Business Package
